We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt of order. Parcels are despatched via Royal Mail and you can choose whether to use First Class or Special Delivery in the UK. Orders should usually arrive within 3 working days of leaving our dispatch centre, but please allow up to 28 working days for delivery.
Special Delivery: Please note that for next day delivery orders must be placed by 11am Monday to Friday for dispatch the same day. Orders placed after 11am or at weekends will be despatched on the next working day.
Returns
If you wish to return any product to us for any reason please email within 10 days of receipt of your goods, to obtain a Returns Number which must be quoted on your return package.
Postage Costs
Postage prices are calculated by the weight of items ordered. Our postage rates follow those published by the Royal Mail with a small service charge added to cover packaging.
