Dried Herbs

Dried herbs are generally taken as an infusion, depending on what herb is used.
1-2 tsps to a cup of boiling water and infuse for 5-10 minutes.

Roots and barks are usually taken as a decoction. 1-2 tsps in 1 and a half cups of boiling water in a saucepan then simmer for 10 minutes, allow to cool and strain.
