I have set up this website to offer a wide range of organic herbs and tinctures etc for those who have a knowledge of herbs and their uses.
I always try to obtain an organic source for the herbs wherever possible and it will state on the product information if it is not.
All packaging is recycled and the dried herbs come in brown paper bags. All the containers are glass.

I have purposely not put in descriptions on the individual herbs as I think it is necessary for someone self medicating to take some of the responsibility for what they are taking, and in order to do this, extensive reading and an understanding of the herbs and their properties and contraindications is essential.
Herbs are amazing for treating all sorts of ailments but we must also remember that certain herbs are not suitable for everyone. Anyone who is pregnant, breastfeeding, on medications or suffering from chronic illness, should always seek advice from the relevant professional, whether they be a qualified medical herbalist, a trained aromatherapist, or your doctor before starting any herbal self medication.

If there are any herbs not listed that you would like, please do not hesitate to ask as I may be able to source them for you. It tends to be mostly Western and North American herbs that I stock but there are the odd Chinese or Ayurvedic herbs there too.

Essential oils are great for all sorts of uses. They should always be diluted and only used externally unless advised by a trained aromatherapist. Again anyone who is pregnant, breastfeeding, on medications or suffering from chronic illness should always seek advice from a trained aromatherapist to be sure whether or not there are any contraindications to their use.

I could go on and on about the Bach remedies, I have used them on my own family, pets, plants and friends for years and am always in awe of the effects that they can have, so I finally decided I wanted to train to be a qualified Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner, which I completed in 2006. I have included a very short description of the individual remedies but also included a link to the Bach Centre in Oxon which will give more information, or you are welcome to email me any questions or contact me for a consultation.
I have also included an option for you to create your own mix (up to 7 remedies) which will allow you try them and see what amazing doors that they can open. I love their simplicity and the fact that by dealing with an emotional imbalance they can allow us to take responsibility to rebalance mind body and spirit. Most people have either heard of or used Rescue remedy but there comes a time when maybe something deeper needs addressed so the other 38 are definitely well worth investigating.

Hopi candles are great for helping all sorts of ailments including: tension headaches, sinusitis, blocked ears, vertigo etc etc, so they have a therapeutic quality but can also be used just for relaxation when used for stress or before you go to bed to give you a very relaxed sleep!
